Can I ask for a quote and a date for its realisation?

 You can check the price of each product on the website. Simply enter the data into the fields for the given product and the price will be shown. The date for its realisation is also given on the product page.

 


→ Does each roller blind need a separate package? What does the shipping cost include?

A one-off order includes only one package and one shipping cost, which is given on the product configuration page.

The situation is different when ordering frame mosquito screens with other products in one order. Mosquito screens are packaged in a separate package due to the size. When ordering the blinds and window mosquitoes, you must pay for both packages.



→ Are the prices listed in the shop gross prices?

Yes, the prices given in the shop are gross final prices. 



→ Will I receive everything that is needed to install the blinds?

Yes, everything that is needed for the instalment stage will be given in the package.



→ Do you have ready dimensions for blinds?

All products are made on order, using the measurements given by the customer. This considers whether the product can be made in a certain size and whether there are no technologicallimitations

 


→ Can I ask for a delivery after 5pm? Can I also ask for the delivery service’s contact details?

The delivery and courier services for our shop are provided by UPS Poland. The packages are dispatched using the standard service. It takes up to 48 hours for the product to be delivered in the weekdays. We cannot tell the courier to call or deliver a package at a certain time. 



→ The configurator does not count the price of the product.

It depends on the browser that you are using and its version. The website is prepared for Internet Explorer 7+, Firefox 4+, Chrome 11+, Opera 11+, Safari 3+. For a site to be properly displayed, you need a screen resolution of at least 1024px by 768px.
